Working principle:
The material enters the machine box from the feed hopper, and the push box pushes the material to the rotating knife roller under the push of the hydraulic cylinder. The rotating movable knife and fixed knife crush the material. The crushed material falls through the screen and is then transported to the next process or collected and packaged through auxiliary conveying equipment.
The material enters the shredding box through the feeding system. The box is equipped with shredding blades. The pushing box pushes the material to the vicinity of the blades. The material is torn into small pieces through the combined effects of tearing, squeezing and shearing by the shredding blades and discharged from the screen holes.
