Inspection and preparation before use

Before putting the eddy current separator into use, the following inspections need to be carried out:

1. Power connection and safety inspection:

• Ensure that the power supply is connected normally and the voltage meets the equipment requirements.
• Check whether the electrical control system of the equipment is working properly and whether the emergency stop button is available.

1. Magnetic pole and rotor inspection:

• Ensure that the rotor is not loose or damaged, and the magnetic pole surface should be clean and free of debris.
• Check whether the rotation direction and speed of the rotor are set correctly.

1. Sorting area adjustment:

• Adjust the inclination angle and sorting distance of the sorting trough according to the type of material and sorting requirements.
• Adjust the magnetic field strength according to the type of sorted material.

1. Feeding system:

• Check whether the feeding system (such as conveyor belt, vibrating screen, etc.) works smoothly and whether it can evenly transport materials.
• Make sure that the material size is suitable for the sorting needs of the machine. Materials that are too large or too small may affect the sorting effect.
